The worst quality and craftsmanship. We were building a home from ground up and they fail miserably causing us to loose our Ernest money and upgrade deposit . They had mispositioned the master bath drain and then proceeded to fix it after fighting them . Their fix was not correct and refill of the new hole they dug in concrete was not properly done . I absolutely adore this builder. Perry Homes is an all time FAVORITE. The communities are so beautifully structured and the homes are all exceptionally gorgeous. It is a pleasure to work with this team at closing time.
