I try and get nothing
As a Tennant I will say they have had the quickest reaction when fixing an issue with a unit. Decently priced too.
They cover up that this place is a complete scam by providing the most overly friendly customer service skills. They do not care about you whatsoever, and they make that clear- while simultaneously using the friendliest tone and demeanor to almost the point of excitement. It is NOT. WHITE. GLOVE. CLEAN. I repeat: NOT “WHITE GLOVE” CLEAN. Out of the places I have rented, this is by far the biggest rip off in every way, and blatant false advertising. Pool was out of commission for half the summer.
