I have been here once and that's more than enough for me. As we all know, not everyone is fortunate enough to have the basics; especially as a child. Dental health is so important and crucial as a child. So imagine this child who as an adult wants to get there teeth taken care of after years of neglect as a child and the first thing the dentist says after giving you an oral exam is, "Do you even want your teeth?" I have gone to Perry Hall Dental for years but after today I am no longer returning. I arrived for my 3:20 appointment at 3:15 and was not called back until 4:10 after they took off my temporary crown they figured out that they ordered the wrong crown! So over an hour of my time wasted and not only that but I have to go back 2 more times in order for them to fix their mistake and all I was given was "sorry" it's sad I enjoyed going there until today I am so mad and upset.
Diversified services rendered. Always thoughtful. A quality experience.
Visited with Dr. Laricos today! He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable! I look forward to my follow up next week!
