They were absolutely wonderful!! I was trying to place an order from out of state, to be sent to a local resident, and Due to weather and unforseen circumstances on my end, I was unable to complete my order, as I had originally hoped. They were incredibly generous, understanding and helpful. They went above and beyond trying to help an accommodate me during the ordering process. I ordered a Peace Lilly for a funeral service and it wasn’t delivered. Bill couldn’t find the order!! He hung up on me and I called him back and asked for him to refund my credit card and he told me to call my bank and put a dispute on it. He would not refund my card and hung up on me again. He was very hateful.
