Pretty poor service....took the car in with three fairly minor issues. They fixed one but it was as sloppy work as I have ever seen. The second issues involved a couple of bolts missing from the factory (love those unions) that required three replacement bolts. None in stock. Was told that they would call when ready. I purchased an F150 here. I called about the Cilijet aircraft coating bubbling on the hood of my truck and was told they no longer are associated with Cilijet. I then contacted Cilijet and sent them a copy of the receipt. They said Perry Ford never registered the warranty, but they would recoat my hood if Perry Ford would remove the coating they applied. I called Perry Ford twice and was put on hold and was never offered any assistance.,
Perry Mazda in Santa Barbara. Worst Customer Service and organization I've ever come across. Called the day before to get my car detailed and they said they could get it done by 1PM. Stop by the service center next day early morning and no one knew about my appointment Red Flag#1.
