Unfortunately my experience with Perry Ford was extremely unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle on March 8th and for some odd reason they used an old address I haven’t lived at for almost seven years. This caused a lot of issues and I asked several different people to update my address so there would be no future problems. Leased my new car quickly and efficiently. Learned the principles of operating an EV. Daniel, Chris, and Brian were outstanding. Overall a great experience.
Worst dealership experience ever. I was in an accident and had my Lincoln towed to the dealership as I bought the car there and thought they would repair it best, how wrong I was. After months of horrible communications I finally get my car back only to notice several major issues on the drive home, including steering and safety control issues.
