I dealt with Jared and Mr. Smith and they tried to pull some dealership theater on me. When I pointed it out to them I was asked to leave. Be careful as management has some anger and emotional regulation issues. I would not recommend.
I never post bad reviews and only to hopefully make them aware of a problem. I did communicate most of my concerns with the service manager who just said 'sorry about that'. Not very reassuring anything will be done to improve. Anyway there was very poor communication from the service department. The car was in the shop about 10 days so I needed a car for a few of those days. Still waiting for promised information about rental car reimbursement and weeks have past.
