I love the Perry Ellis clothes. It’s one of my favorites brands. What I don’t like is the way they do refunds for online orders when they don’t have an item in stock and a reward code is used. They give you a $10 reward coupon every so often when you order regularly. When I order multiple items and use the $10 reward code and for some reason they don’t have one of the items in stock, they prorate the reward when they refund the item that wasn’t in stock. I have had multiple bad experiences with the quality of the clothing I received, their [seeming] supply-chain and fulfillment issues, and the worsening levels of customer service as it relates to my orders, over the past year. Only used this brand a couple of times a year, but for some time now, but will no longer be patronizing. Very disappointing, since it was once much better. Unfortunate.
