Terrible supply chain and customer service. This company takes your money and does not fulfill the order, nor do they hold up to their own terms and policies. Their website currently indicates no delays in shipping with the expectation of 5-7 day Ground shipping from day of purchase. It's 6/29/21 and the transaction is still sitting in queue as it was on 6/22/21. Their policy states the customer will receive notification of delays, which I have not.
