New Jersey doesn’t have a clothing Tax and when I went to the checkout to buy a suit, he told me what the total was and I said why is there $16.87 worth of tax. The clerk said oh it’s a mistake. Let me remove it. There’s no telling how many other people especially tourist and visitors are getting ripped off. The staff was definitely sketch.
Customer servuce is not helping at all. I did not recive my order and they are blaming me that I did not purchased their protection. Some how their incompetence in not delivering the order properly is my fault. They mention I recived email notifications about delivery update, which I have not recived any at all. They told me the management team will reach out to me but it never happened. I ended up with a dispute through my bank. Never recomending this to anyone. It's way better to shop from macys.

I have been to this Perry Ellis many times during the week days and there is always an older gentleman who is very helpful. BUT I went today on a Sunday and the people that were working there today were completely useless. I was looking for a couple suits and some dress shirts. I went with my daughter.and stood for 10 minutes with no help. When I walked in there were 4 employees on the floor and only myself and one other customer that needed help.
