Extremely Disappointed – Worst Customer service This was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve had in the USA. I recently purchased the Slim Fit Louis Suit Pant and went to the store for assistance with fit and sizing. The store manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed zero respect toward customers. The sales staff were equally dismissive, unhelpful, and disrespectful when I asked for help with correct sizes and fit recommendations.
