Perry is very thorough, attentive, and always available when you need him. We told him everything we wanted in our home, our price range, and location we preferred. Within minutes we were receiving houses in our price range, location preferred, and everything we wanted. We found our house a month later. Perry made sure he called us to relate any information we needed, and helped us get a house loan as well for closing. I recommend him to anyone looking for a home. He can also help you sell your house as well
