Everything, they couldn’t even diagnose my stroke in 2002! My family pulled me out immediately and took me to Jasper Memorial and the first test they ran there it was, lit up like a Christmas tree. You don’t even want to know what the doctor actually said it was... shameful very incompetent, because of their mistake, I lost 20 years of my memory and still to this day don’t have it all back! Thanks Doc.
Just had surgery today. I wish I had cancelled and never went. I told them two things before my surgery today when they called for pretty OP. 1. I am a horriable stick, they would need an ultrasound machine and 2. I have horriable anxiety and needed to be able to take my pills the night before and the morning of my surgery. Dr. Oates was amazing today. He treated me well and made sure I was comfortable when I left the emergency room today. He also gave me the proper medication to stay comfortable until my follow up appointment. This man actually cares about his patients unlike some doctors I have seen here. I wish he was a family physician, I would definitely switch to him.
I had gallbladder surgery today. It was the best experience ever !! Thank you to my nurses heather and bev! You both went above and beyond!! Bev thank you for calming my nerves! You are seriously the best nurse ever! Terry was amazing he made sure I was comfortable and put me to sleep with no issues!!!! You were so sweet and took amazing care of me! Last but not least dr. Fields! Thank you for getting rid of this pesky thing !!!!
No. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. My elderly mother is getting released after 6 pm after waiting all day for someone to set up her oxygen for home use. There was fighting in the hallway between nurses and a patient, a cna named Emily laughed at my mom when she needed help in the restroom, it’s been insane. Anywhere would be better!!! There is one good nurse, Becky in icu, that’s it. I would literally die before I would go there. Unprofessional and rude when asked the simplest questions.
Had my first baby there and I couldn't have asked for better nurses!
