Doesn’t rush you in and out. Really listens. Amazing diagnostician.
Dr. Carlos was our family physician until our insurance changed. We absolutely loved him. He always listens and genuinely cares. I saw him when I was trying to get pregnant and then he was the first doctor I saw when I was successful. Highly highly recommended.
I have been seeing Dr. Carlos since 2001, and often wondered how I ever found such a fantastic family practice physician. I met him through a detox program he developed at North Baptist Health. He always appears to know more than your standard Family Practice. My father said I needed to find an explanatory physician. How, I wondered? Wonderful doctor. He really Talks to you and listens and looks you in the eye during the visit. He has been my GP starting at age 15. Now at 42 I still go to him and Trust his knowledge and experience. That’s 27 years of top notch care! He definitely knows what he is doing. He is an excellent GP. Highly recommend. I will be very sad when he retires someday.

I’ve had a lot of doctors in my 71 years. Good bad and ugly. Dr. Carlos is an exceptionly fine primary care physician. None of the crazy arrogance displayed by other doctors. Dr. Carlos or somebody you can truly talk to you and depend on his advise. Unfortunately I’ve had to move out of the area and find a primary physician closer to where I live . Good luck in the future Doc. I’ll miss you.
Dr. Carlos is the most caring doctor I've known. He is concerned and sincere, and makes you feel like a friend. I recommend him to everyone.
Personable doctors. Not particularly effective but nice people. The staff is a bit stiff but still not a major problem. They are no longer my medical providers due to a less than effective appointment service. Their loss of profit. My gain in finding a service a bit more attuned to the customer.
