I have known Perry for a long time, so it is with great trepidation that I write a negative review. It is written only after I repeatedly tried to finish the loose ends of my case. He refused so here is what I am complaining about. 1. I sent him $2500 which had nothing to do with his flat fee he charged me. The $2500 was to go the the City of LA for a part payment for a fine they were charging me. It was distinctly earmarked in the title of the cover email.
