Physical Therapy at perry has been a life saver. My broken toe healed so stiff and it has been so painful and i am able to move it now.. The pain level was 9 and now its down to 3 because of this miracle worker. I am so grateful to these therapist that are so skillful and caring.

This one-star review is long overdue. Unfortunately, today’s experience was not the 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd time Perry Avenue Family Medical has shown a lack of respect for my time and failed to properly manage a scheduled appointment. After waiting for hours and contacting the office multiple times to confirm, I was never informed that Dr. Svetlana Tokar would not be able to get to me. The physical therapist VED and Dhwani and DR Alpesh are absolutely professional, and provide the knowledge the patient need during therapy and at home care for relief. I honestly learned about my body and how to perform mobility exercises for my stiffness and tightness. I am 48 years young and my desire is age gracefully with out joint pain. So I truly thank them for their knowledge and sincere patience. I give them 10 stars!!!

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because on line they show to have all these gadgets that can help with chronic pain. This Dr was nice and seemed caring in the beginning then 6 weeks into it she was just rude, didn’t want to hear about my pain and was rushing me out. Not to mention her rude assistant! I ended up walking out and telling them they can keep their treatment!!! Don’t make me feel like I’m just there for meds because you clearly didn’t hear me at all do that’s what you thought about me.
