The wait times at this clinic are unacceptable. Patients are often left waiting for hours, even for brief appointments. Access to healthcare is already difficult for many people, and these delays only discourage patients from seeking care. What makes this more frustrating is the apparent lack of urgency while multiple patients are waiting. The clinic feels disorganized, with little regard for patients' time. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because on line they show to have all these gadgets that can help with chronic pain. This Dr was nice and seemed caring in the beginning then 6 weeks into it she was just rude, didn’t want to hear about my pain and was rushing me out. Not to mention her rude assistant! Physical Therapy at perry has been a life saver. My broken toe healed so stiff and it has been so painful and i am able to move it now.. The pain level was 9 and now its down to 3 because of this miracle worker. I am so grateful to these therapist that are so skillful and caring.

This one-star review is long overdue. Unfortunately, today’s experience was not the 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd time Perry Avenue Family Medical has shown a lack of respect for my time and failed to properly manage a scheduled appointment. After waiting for hours and contacting the office multiple times to confirm, I was never informed that Dr. Svetlana Tokar would not be able to get to me.
