The physical therapist VED and Dhwani and DR Alpesh are absolutely professional, and provide the knowledge the patient need during therapy and at home care for relief. I honestly learned about my body and how to perform mobility exercises for my stiffness and tightness. I am 48 years young and my desire is age gracefully with out joint pain. So I truly thank them for their knowledge and sincere patience. I give them 10 stars!!!
I am so sorry to have to write a bad review, but I shall. It is a “welfare clinic”, and I am on Medicaid as well as Medicare. It was so much better when the Doctors Ahuja owned and ran it. My new PCP really doesn’t give a crap- only wants me to have one test after another, and gets stoically annoyed that I have had to postpone. The office also does not have an allergist anymore, so I have had to make yet another appointment with my PCP in order to get yet ANOTHER referral. ARG!!!!! I have been a patient artery Avenue medical for almost 20 years and felt at ease and comfortable receiving overall medical care at the Perry Avenue location. After seeing NP Nita Roy two weeks ago I needed authorization for my pharmacy to fill a prescription. I had spoken with a medical liaison Viviana who handles prescription issues such as needing authorization to ny pharmacy. Been going here and let me just say I’m never disappointed. It’s super clean and organized and the waiting area also. Appointments made fast and also has reminder calls. The Dr - Dr Tokar is amazing and so caring most of my family in the Bronx goes to her 🤗 and I’m not just saying that to say cause I live in Brooklyn but still come back. This woman and the whole staff are amazing. I do see a lot of new faces but still amazing, helpful and gentle care is 🔥💯. Top recommend
The worst gynecologist is Rosa Beatrice. Patients request the HPV vaccine, and she says that since you don't have the virus, you don't need it (even though the vaccine is very preventative). You leave with bacterial vaginitis, and she doesn't prescribe anything. They call you for appointment after appointment to squeeze money out of your insurance. You go there, and there aren't even any seats, and you have to wait two hours. They don't respect your time; they don't take the time to talk to you.
