Would not recommend. I dropped off my 1996 Automobile early November, 2012. The vehicle had been hit from behind. The repair took three weeks only because of a supplement related to the insurance company decision to possibly total out the vehicle or repair it. Once the decision had been made to repair the vehicle Perry and Terry found internal damage. P&T told me my vehicle would be ready on Friday. It wasn't ready until Monday. That cost me three extra days of rental car and made it very difficult for us to pick up the vehicle on Monday. Did not update us until late Friday after arrangements had already been made. Prices are high. Poor customer service. They seemed to be more worried about their schedule instead of the customer's schedule. I would never use them again. I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

NIce guys finish low on my recommendation list. – I chose Perry & Terry because of the great reviews 'on line'. When I took my car in for repair I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the office staff (Joe & Tessa) and thought I'd picked a great place. I was told it would take 2 weeks for the repair of my car. In actuality, it was over 4 weeks before I got my car back. During that time I did receive a few friendly calls from Tessa telling me about the delay, but there didn't seem to be any ... read more

Over the top! – I just left P and T and could not be more pleased with the work they had completed as well as the professional care that was taken to explain the entire process. They even detailed the entire car. Looks better than when I first purchased it. Excellent from start to finish.

Very Pleased – When my car was a victim to a hit & run in a wal-mart parking lot (who figures). I decided to drop by Perry and Terry to see if it was worth the hassle of going through my insurance. I was very appreciative of the fact that they took the time to talk over the entire process with me so I was more confident as well as knowledgeable with it. I was very happy with how my car looked after the repairs. Almost brand spankin' new! Thanks Guys!

School Van's best friend and socially conscious too – Our school van has gone through a lot in its 12 years of operation including lots of sweaty kids returning from outdoor adventures, the occasional scratch in the parking lot and vandalism in the form of permanently inked names on fabric seats. Thank God for honest people – I was hit in a parking lot and had to run the claim through my insurance. The staff at Perry @ Terry Auto Body was very helpful and explained the process to me and told me how to deal with my insurance company. If it wasn't for them I would have been totaly lost in this situation. Once I had my claim set up they took care of every thing from there. They delt directly with my insurance company to make sure my car was completed repaired, they set up a rental car which I was able to drop off there ... read more

Very Impressed – When some morons in my neighborhood decided to go around and destroy cars, I didn't know the first thing to do. My car was left scratched and undrivable. I had no clue about the process or the first thing to do. I ended up going to Perry and Terry because they are very close by my house and walking through the doors was like a breath of fresh air. All things considered... – In retrospect all the problems, delays and waiting was worth it. P&T AB did a great job and my car looked brand new after they were finished. I'd give them Five Stars but there were several delays and parts problems. Not their fault but still...
