I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication I received when I took my car in for a diagnosis. I dropped my car off at 10:30am and was told I would get a call at the end of the day with an update. There was no mention of my car being kept overnight. I never received a call. Well after a productive conversation about some issues I experienced, Brian the General Manager took the time to call me. Jacob our salesman is young and on his way up the ladder.
