The doctor is pompous, arrogant, and rude. Our vet was closed and we needed help and they didn't believe us, thought we just didn't or wouldn't pay. Wouldn't treat our dog unless we paid cash up front, which we did, and then continued to treat my husband poorly the entire time. Would not speak directly to my husband, relayed everything through his assistant. We will never go back.
Take the time and care for our dog and seem very knowledgeable. Wish they were open every Saturday but otherwise very happy with them.

From GLWR's Homeward Bound FB page: I went to the vet yesterday because my left eye was hurting. Dr. Jim said I have a corneal ulceration. He showed Grandma what it was. We're grateful for our new vet, Dr. Jim. He's helping take good care of Wally and me. I have four meds to help me with this. One is a pain pill to help me stop rubbing it. I'm such a pill...Grandpa has to hold me for Grandma to get the drop in my eye. Well, I don't like it. But I get a little treat for letting them do it (against my will.) love, Bailey
My fur baby Banjo has been a patient for 12 plus years. I also board him there. They treat each animal in the best manner. My dog actually likes going and seeing staff and Dr. K. We wouldn't take our fur baby anywhere else. They are the best!! Jim and Sharron Harriger
Love them! Never have a problem getting in. They treat our animals like they are family! They care about my dog as much as I do and never do any work that they don't think is needed!
Kept Roscoe overnight, no change in condition! Never saw Vet!
