This company came out to diagnose and repair our upstairs air unit. The guy couldn't figure out why it was blowing fuses, took 5 hours to figure out it was a bad transformer. Replaced my three amp with a five amp, which could be a fire hazard... I told him to check the thermostat because it always needs replaced anytime electrical issues occur... he didn't....
