This company came out to diagnose and repair our upstairs air unit. The guy couldn't figure out why it was blowing fuses, took 5 hours to figure out it was a bad transformer. Replaced my three amp with a five amp, which could be a fire hazard... I told him to check the thermostat because it always needs replaced anytime electrical issues occur... he didn't.... Fixed the transformer, system worked.... That night it wouldn't turn off. This was the fourth of July weekend so they couldn't get anyone out til the next week.... Wen... read more
