There is a recall on my thyroid meds and Perrone’s knew nothing about it. I got a letter in the mail today from CVS telling me about the recall. So I went to Perrone’s today and showed the letter to the Pharmacist and he looked at me like a deer in headlights! I haven’t got any of my prescriptions from CVS in over 2 years and they sent this letter to me anyway informing me of the recall. Come on Perrone’s you can do better then this. And, Perrone’s called me last week to refill this prescription. 😡

You can’t get auto fill correct. This is exactly why my insurance is pushing Walgreens.
I took a written prescripton in for my 95 year old Mother in law, they sent her a bottle of pills from a prescripton she took 2 years before, not the same meds on the prescripton not even the same Doctor! When I took it back & ask why they did that I got a blank stare & when the script I actually took in was located , he saw that it was post dated( a mistake from the doctors office) so they just put it away & sent something else without calling !
