We had a large project at our camp on the lake that required extensive hardscaping. Menfi, who handles all of the hardscaping for Perrone, was phenomenal. Professional, patient, efficient, responsive, and very skilled at his craft. His communication skills are amazing. Everything was seamless, and I could not get over how quickly the project went. While getting gas at Cumberland Farms Perron Landscaping blasted my car with rock size salt. Everyone was very angry with this guys lack of respect for our vehicles. Perhaps wait a minute until the customers have left or decrease the size of your rock salt. Just rude!!!
What happened to this company?? Used to be fairly decent but now under new management and extremely unprofessional! The new "manager" is one of the most arrogant people I've ever spoken to. Communication and snow removal is the worst, but their price was reasonable according to the condominium management company. Well, you get what you pay for!! If money is your only concern regardless of quality, I guess this is the company for you.
Perrone is professional and proactive. They take good care of our property and are responsive to our needs and request while never being pushy or suggesting unnecessary expenses.
