Place has made progress. Good job in trying to keep up! Recently up grating to be a better place. Place is getting cleaned.
Not a good place to leave, especially if you have small children. Apartments are filled with Roaches. Poor management.Only lasted there one month and had to move out Asap! Gates never work, my car got broken into twice.
After change of management apt.went downhill. Too bad!last manager was great! Now.apt are filty, trash everywhere. Takes months before anything gets fixed, drugs users around kids at all times, gate always opened. Contacted owner to let them know issues and nothing has been done. Don't recommend it if you have children. Very disappointed with new changes!
The on site managers are great! They try to keep everything and everyone in order. The owner takes very good care of this property. Small, only 38 units. Close to the freeways so going to work is easy. Large sized apartments - 2 bedroom/2 bath and it's gated too. For the price and the hospitality you can't go wrong. Call them is you are interested in being comfortable.
