Great customer service very kind person working there
Debo decir que he tenido otros storage, en otros lados y en diferentes estados, pero nunca me habían tratado tan bien, la muchacha flaquita que atiende es bien atenta y sabe lo que hace y soluciona si tengo dudas o algo por el estilo. Realmente recomiendo este lugar.
The service was amazing I was attended by very professional, patient & efficient lady if I’m not mistaken I think her name was Orquidea. The overall place is just as good if you’re looking to store your personal belongings. I honestly haven’t had any complaints to this date.
Initially, the service seemed good. They make you pay for insurance and leave a deposit. My experience at that place was not good because my belongings stored there were covered in rat droppings and dust. Some items, like clothes and bags, were gnawed on by rodents. And the insurance you pay for every month doesn't cover this type of damage.
