My mother had an appointment here. Initially, I was hesitant considering the mixed reviews, but it was so close to her home which made it convenient. Overall, from the moment she arrived she was received by the most nicest nurse named Kim. She was attentive to her needs and made her feel comfortable. I hope the clinic gives her the recognition to keep her because I am a member of Kaiser Permanente and even there (while paying ridiculous premiums) I stumble frequently with incompetent nurses. After going to an emergency visit i had to schedule a follow up appointment ASAP but my primary doctor is in moreno valley and there were no available appointments and i wanted to see a doctor soon as my situation did not get better. I scheduled an appointment at the Perris Clinic as it was the only place that had appointments available soon and i confirmed and was ready to go in for 8am 1/5/26. I showed up 7:40am to avoid any delays and i checked in, gave my ID & Medical info to the clerk on window 1 named Lorena and after ... read more
