Unprofessional and unwelcoming. Why do employees treat the people that need help as annoyances? Arrived four windows open, one team member on phone. The others don’t acknowledge me. Literally the only person in line. One team member was looking at clothing. That individual had to assist me so I stood patiently which bothered her.
Theadus Wiki. Tenis Squeeky. I’m not sure what his name is but he is very rude and unprofessional. He does not know how to have a proper conversation over the phone and he knows nothing about his patients. The other reviews make a lot of sense. Don’t understand how he still has a job.
Rose provided excellent service, very caring and on top of her game. Truly made us feel comfortable and like we are actual people.
