The leasing agents are extremely rude and disrespectful. I was verbally attacked by One of the leasing agents daughters and had to call the police. Disrespect and safety issues
Would have rated Turnberry Apartments a zero if that was possible. You name it and that is most likely a negative about this complex. Little or no maintenance. Rotting wood at the entrances. Enterance doors that do not close. Landscaping not maintained. Worst is the way they treat university students-do final inspection saying everything is in good shape and never returning deposits after being told that the deposit was at "corporate" being processed. The management is the same as perrine pointe. Do not sign a lease, they are very strict. Also, rent will increase every year. Be warned.
Don't let the business overview or website fool you into believing this is luxury living...you'll probably only want to call this place home if you like overpriced, noisey, and run-down apartment complexes. Many a spring or summer night, college kids are partying on their balconies until 11 pm. Things get fixed in their own time (if at all).
