Absolutely dissatisfied. I bought a Buick Encore and Sierra Denali from them on the same day. Service has been a nightmare. Takes 3 weeks to get an oil change scheduled and 4-5 weeks if you want a loaner. Had the oil changed in both vehicles and both leaked afterwards as they did not tighten the oil filter. I’m done with Perrine! I will purchase my vehicles from another GMC dealership going forward.

Love Perrine, love our sales woman Cathy Ferry! Wife and I are on a cycle of getting a new car from Perrine year #1, year #2, and wait out year #3, start over (rinse and repeat)! We hate year #3! When a dealer calls and says “it’s time, I have a car/truck for you, and you say “write it up”, sight unseen, that’s a special relationship built on “Family level trust”
