I was ordering an exhaust online and something happened with the website where it added random things to my cart and removed the exhaust. after adding it back and removing the items I checked out. Do not order parts online from this company. I ordered a simple bracket and horn kit for my car. The item was listed as in stock, and I was charged immediately for my purchase. A week went by without receiving a tracking number, so I attempted to reach out to their customer service. The first attempt, to go through the websites help chat feature, was an immediate failure as the chat feature seems to be offline indefinitely.
