Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 product and I never got the items
Never order from their website. I used to love the products. Always bought at Ulta. I order from the web the first time and what a nightmare. My products did not arrived, and the returning process is terrible, now I have to go out of my way to print and fill by hand. It’s not the customer representative issue, the company has designed the return process to be as inconvenient as possible. They just lost a loyal client based on this, I feel scammed
I can't give a 1 star. Horrible, horrible Customer Service. Sent an unauthorized box of Perricone MD junk without my knowledge. I sent it back, it has been a total nightmare to get my 342.00, yes you read that right, refund back. I have talked to MANY clerks that I could hardly understand through slick Asian accents, you know what I mean...cheap labor out of the US. I am not going to stop until I have a solution and my money is refunded.
