After moving in to a new house, we worked with Perricone Home Services for a whole house plumbing inspection. Darren was very thorough and detailed in his inspection and pointed out a few areas that needed our attention. He came back to replace a shower valve cartridge and some failing parts in our boiler. I called Perricone today and talked to Darren. After explaining my issue, he was very honest and explained how he may not be able to help me if the issue involved the main drain. He explained how to ascertain that, and it after testing, it did involve the main drain. I am so appreciative of his honesty and will not hesitate to call him in the future if I have plumbing issues that don't involve the main drain.
