Extremely frustrated with this practice. Booked an appointment in June for July 21st for my son only to have it cancelled four days before and rebooked for today (7/31). We to the office in Indio (which is about 40 minutes from us) and signed in, only to be told that they never confirmed the appointment. No one from their office ever called me to cancel after the girl who called rescheduled us. Very nice staff, Dentist is even better. Had a procedure for my daughter and they did a great job, we used to go to Teddy Dental and we had nothing but bad experience there, traumatized my son. This dental office is the best, if you have little ones this is the place to go!
