Property owners who are leaving good reviews for Justin obviously don't know or don't care how he is treating the tenants. He's immature, and talks rudely to women, He's like a lot of these bad property management companies in Texas who mistreat tenants. Even if you're a good tenant. We always paid early, never caused any trouble and Justin simply just did not care. Great rental company. If anything breaks they are on it the next day. Highly recommend renting from real people whom care about their property.
Justin was able to lease my property very quickly to a very good and qualified tenant, who pays his rent every month on time without any hassle. Justin and his team takes care of any maintenance issues that arise with the property. It’s been a very good experience and I would highly recommend Justin and his team for property management.
