Perpetual was great about communicating and made everything easy online. When I was ready to move out I had to download an app to upload pictures for the inspection, which at first felt weird but worked out ok and I could do it at my own time without scheduling a walk through. Tiffany did wait for me a little longer after closing to drop off the keys when I got off work, which was very kind and felt like this company really tried their best, which is rare for a property management service. I will miss them.
