This is our second year renting from Perpetual. The application process was super simple and Everyone from the office staff to Todd our maintenance guy are first class. Whenever we need repairs ( and it’s not often), they take really good care of us and our concerns. We love it here, and hope we are granted the opportunity to stay for a long time. I rented with them for about 7 years. I enjoyed my time in my rented place, Justin is actually very nice and I’ve never had an issue with him. I do not care for the very poor communication skills of NORMA who always told me she’d call back or email back and never got responses from her. More than just this instance. Emailed and called 15 days ago and was going to get “a call back” I don’t even care about the deposit it’s about saying you’re going to do something and then not doing it. Cassidy is an amazing realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients to get the job done.
Property owners who are leaving good reviews for Justin obviously don't know or don't care how he is treating the tenants. He's immature, and talks rudely to women, He's like a lot of these bad property management companies in Texas who mistreat tenants. Even if you're a good tenant. We always paid early, never caused any trouble and Justin simply just did not care.
