All of a sudden the phone has been disconnected. My father's nurse has not been out to see him for 3 WEEKS!!! No notice was given and my father has not yet received his walker, urinal, and the meals on wheels they were set up for him. Also no physical therapy has been given. My father's Drs staff is not returning calls. That is Dr Nguyn at Rosewood medical group. His staff could care less about patient care. I know patient care as I am a retired nurse. I would give a rating of -1000000 if possible Thanks
