Been here 6 weeks and down 22lbs but looks like Im down closer to 30. As in been hanging around 180 most of my adult life and Inlook thinner, especially belly. I have put on muscle during this as well and prior. It does cost, but what doesn’t? I needed weight loss badly and couldn’t do it alone as I tried multiple times. Follow the program and it will happen. All the ladies here and wonderful and helpful. Now to lose a few more and then maintain!!!
I would give more stars if I could. Jiya has been absolutely amazing to work with and the results have been better than anything I could have hoped for. I've lost 18 pounds, taken 4 inches off my waist and I feel better than I have in years.
