Great place. Fun, various and challenging workouts. Everyone is like family.

Perpetual Fitness is just what I was looking for. I love the support from the coaches and members and it motivates me to be consistent with my workouts. I really appreciate how they alter the workouts to accommodate where you are in your fitness journey.
I’ve been going to this CrossFit gym for about a year now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. After the military I stopped exercising and time took its toll on me both physically and mentally. I hit 40 and needed a positive physical and mental change in my life and Perpetual Fitness has been that change. I was nervous about joining a new gym and being the out of shape guy, but I couldn't have been more wrong.
