I started this year wanting to join a gym that would help me get into shape, so that I could meet some of the goals I had for dance, which is my hobby. I never went to the gym before I joined Perpetual. The coaches are great and they know what they are doing. We are constantly getting feedback about our technique. We stretch before every workout.I’m pleasantly surprised how much I enjoy it, my knees don’t hurt anymore. Also, I enjoy the people Im working out with, and it fits my schedule perfectly.
