Best Salon in the Valley! She’s in Woodland Hills/Tarzana area, on the corner of Ventura and Corbin. Best hair cut and blow out I’ve ever had, my hair feels soft, healthy, and full of body! She listened to what I wanted, I didn’t even bring an inspiration photo, and Perisa made my hair look incredible.
