Let me preface this by saying the response you get out of this will be the true colors of Theresa. I cannot wait for a personal attack. On the face of this you think you are getting a professional job given they have a great reputation. All the photos are from the Floor inspector who had 40 years of experience and owned a flooring store. The bad reviews they have are 100% our experience. I was very impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and promptness. Jacob and his wife Theresa were wonderful to us in our partial kitchen remodel. Perna Construction recently completed a bathroom renovation for us. The entire process was easy and we love the new bathroom. Jacob and his team were timely, friendly, helpful, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Communication was key. They kept me informed and even did a few odds and ends for me without hesitation. My front porch was in desperate need of repair as it was holding on by faith (literally) The Perna team did an excellent job of replacing the porch in a timely fashion and I couldn't be happier. I'm looking forward to the next project.

Jacob and his crew did a high quality job of replacing. Flooring and remodeling our bathroom. We love the results!
