Waste of time. 1st visit waited over an hour to be seen just to be told I need to referred to the doctor on the other side of the building. Also all the staff needs to be retrained. Customer service training & medical training. The PA was attentive and friendly so that’s why I gave an extra star.
Nobody answers the phone, I've been trying to make an appointment for weeks
Unfortunately, my online experience waiting for a person to attend me was horrible, I spent more than 40 minutes calling and the operator without giving me much explanation simply tells me to wait, horrible, I hope the manager can read this and make sure who they have in customer service
