We just moved into our new house about a month ago. It took them over a year to build the house as there were TONS of issues during the build. The had to tear the concrete out several times to get it right - and in the end it's still not really right - but tolerable. There were issue after issue. Met with very little to resolve. All along the way we pushed back and fought to get the level we got, but still tons of issues remain. This post is referencing Customer Service - Warranty issues. There is a breakdown in Permian's customer service and warranty issues. Their process for handling warranty calls specifically follow through in notifying the customer is severely lacking. The on-line form for customer service gives a canned response of contacting the customer within two days. This is not the case. The customer service is lacking when you engage the office personnel.
