Dr was rude, almost a complete waste of my hard earned money. He should consider doing another line of work.
I am a Veteran and was refer to Permian Basin Kidney Center by them. I like Dr. Asif Anasari very much, he is very knowledgeable and concerned about you, in your visits. But his Office Staff is another story. They are not willing to listen to you on the phone and are not helpful. Three different times, since I started, I have tried to get information or help from them and was placed on hold and left hanging till they either hung on me or the system did.
