They don’t care about anything other than themselves. My first time today and it was a million times more terrible than the behavioral hospital in midland. Stay away. April thinks she can just reschedule on the fly and leave you visiting in the waiting room as if that’s cool but if you walk out to your car she reschedules you. Do not trust her.
Staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. They are genuinely interested in my well-being.

I cannot begin to express the devastation this facility has caused my family. My relative entered this place seeking help for anxiety and depression, but instead, they were systematically pushed deeper into a dependency on prescription medications. What started as a manageable situation with anxiety spiraled into a nightmare of at minimum six different prescriptions.
