I cannot vouch for other locations of Permatreat, but the one in Fredericksburg has been very responsive and has done a wonderful job for me for 14 years. That's for pest control and termite inspections. We have had a few bumps over that time a few being two but those were quickly resolved. Maybe they should be the model for the rest of the company's locations.
