Was told initial treatment 400 dollar's which was done had to evacuate home for 4hrs with pet. Returned home to find technician bumped natural gas stove and left on for us to have to evacuate home again for that. Notified they act is if no big deal, next month it was supposed to be a 100 dollars to treat again every month for 4 months, received a statement but never seen a technician, called they said they were by but did the outside I told them that isn't what we agreed we agreed inside the home treatment. Worst of the worst service that I have ever used. Promised me that in 6 months the roaches were going to be eliminated. They convinced me to go for the one year deal which I agreed but guess what? The roaches are still in my property. Talked to the manager several times was useless he is totally a CLOWN that keep repeating they are going to take care of it but that never happened. Tony has been our pest control specialist for about 3 years and has done a wonderful job of exterminating rodents and other pest. Tony takes the time to explain what he is doing and more importantly makes you feel almost like family.
