Friendly knowledgeable staff, items ready for pickup when arrived
Placed order and paid at 3.38pm on Thursday 9th Nov, was sent tracking number less than 40 minutes later at 4.16pm. Received order following Monday 13th, two working days later, regional NSW. Very happy with quality of goods and speedy service provided.
Permathene are the company to buy gabion cages from. They deliver on time, communicate well and sort out minir issues if they arise. I originally bought cages from a different company in Brisbane. They didn't deliver the order, wouldn't respond to calls or emails for weeks or at all, and they only refunded the payment when I foreshadowed formal complaints to the regulatory authority.
