We had someone out to provide a quote for foundation repair and leveling. It was the most irritating sales experience I've had at my home. It took well over 2 hours and most of that time was spent with the evaluator using what I can only describe as "used car salesman" methods. He provided us 3 different levels of plans for repair, the highest being incredibly unnecessary. Everyone at Smart Foundation was extremely nice and approachable. The men that did the work were always on time and in a good mood. The foreman was very good at communicating the progress of the job and he worked every bit as hard as his crew. They did a good job of cleaning up before they left for the day. My job took 2-3/4 days. I used another company to level the other side of my house, four years ago and they did not do as good, cleaning up, as Smart Foundation did. The guys were great, from laying down paper to protect wood floors to cleaning up yard and even swept the front steps. Fast, curtesy, and kept me informed through out the process. Great Job all around

The process is a messy one, but we were fully aware going in ahead of time. The appointments were kept and on time. We got heads-up phone calls of when crews would arrive and start daily. The crews took special care to minimize the mess and disruption. The outdoor excavations were filled and reseeded, the household items in the work area were dust covered prior and removed upon completion. I would add great praise to the crews. All worked very hard all the time. Every worker on our project earned our praise and this review.
