Smart Foundation’ crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. With a total of 17 piers to install on a104* degree day, the crew’s pace never slowed. Every body on that team was very polite and eager to do what was needed to keep my project moving forward. Smart foundation came out and did a wonderful job. The foreman came ahead of time to explain how the job was going to go and for me what to expect. The day of the job the crew was there when they said they was going to be there. The work was done a little bit ahead of time so that tells me everything went smoothly. I'm happy with no more sticking doors and should be no more new cracks. A great company to go with fo foundation issues Smart Foundation Repair.

Identified a basement water problem, presented an accepted solution, another factor identified in demo process, Smart representative immediately accessed the best solution to resolve initial concern as well as secondary findings. Crew on site was awesome, hard working, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful of our surroundings and knew the job needed and executed in a clean concise manner. Easy and enjoyable to talk to and deal with. Solution will be tested with our next big rain.
