I recently saw Cindy Brooks to have permanent makeup applied to my eyebrows. Located in a lushly landscaped office area, the waiting area of Cindy's salon was an ecclectic mix of inviting furniture in rich, jeweltoned fabrics. Cindy's personal office was a blend of modern efficiency and "Gauguin-esque" Tahiti. I was very nervous, and she put me completely at ease. If I could give Cindy more than 5 stars I definitely would! I went today and Cindy is truly an amazing human being!!! She is very patient, genuine, and just an all around wonderful person. She takes the time to listen and take in what the customer wants and needs. I highly recommend everyone to come to Cindy Brooks Permanent Makeup to enhance your natural beauty! Cindy is really amazing! I got my eyebrows done on 6/26/24 and I couldn't be more happy! She listened so closely to what I wanted done, was really personable and my brows turned out just like I wanted! Thank you Cindy for an incredible experience! I highly recommend her to you!!!!
