For the past four years, I've had my eyebrows done at Permanent-Line. I love my eyebrows. They are the best shape I've ever had and without make up! It's so natural that my good friends didn't know I had them done. Astrid is an artist. She understands well how eyebrow shape enhances the eyes and frames the face.
