This was the first time I had gotten permanent eyeliner so I was a little nervous. I chose Raya because I was impressed by her portfolio. She had done some tattoo work for my husband but that's a little different than doing something on my face. Raya is extremely professional and made sure she didn't overdo it on the first visit and if I wanted more she would add to it on the follow up. I loved it.
