This is not a hotel, nor a hostel. This is an apartment rental agency and they have many many partner guesthouses they manage. I've been to a few because I'm a member but for this location, I think membership is not required. Meet some amazing people and cannot say enough good things about their brand. Walter was the guy who checked me in and I could not have been welcomed more warmly. :)

Это аренда квартир в самом центре манхэттена. Немного странный хозяин , позже часа ночи домой приходить нельзя, в целом отличный вариант если ехать парой.

Super appartement situé près du métro Fulton. Il y a 2 salles de bains, la chambre partagée pour 4 est assez grande. Une cuisine bien équipée un excellent rapport qualité prix.
