Horrible customer service. We have a ton of items units waiting since January and you can not seem to repond to emails, answer phones, or give a straight answer as to where the product is at.
Great company! Even better people
We have a large family restaurant and have always had problems with silverware, rags, etc. getting into our drains. We had to do some work to get everything out, but now that we have PermaDrains everything works GREAT!! :)
