Great company!! Excellent customer service since new management took over!
PermaDrain is a great product. Easy to install and keeps my drains clean because no one can put anything down them. Really saves on having to call a plumber out to get the drains unclogged over and over and over. David and his team are always right on top of everything that I need.
Horrible customer service. We have a ton of items units waiting since January and you can not seem to repond to emails, answer phones, or give a straight answer as to where the product is at. UPDATED: Product is pretty popular and seems to be in high demand ALL THE TIME. They've done better in communication.
